The Ikegami House, designed by the architect himself and where he lived with his family. This is a photobook in which photographer Yusuke Omata has lovingly documented this irreplaceable space over the course of a year. The architect, who lives there, has cherished the changes in the house as part of his daily life, much as one might watch a plant grow. It is a work that captures the breath of life, created by listening intently to the presence of the people who have quietly permeated the space and the memories it holds.
